TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE WITH NLP

NLP is a study of the thought and behaviour patterns by which we all run our lives. Understanding how we "do things" creates the opportunity to take greater control of our lives and make appropriate changes where desireable.

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, a name that encompasses the three most influential components involved in producing human experience: neurology, language and programming.

NLP is not specifically a therapy in itself, however it is an excellent therapeutic tool and forms an important part of our approach. As qualified NLP practitioners, we use NLP insights and mental techniques to enable you to change and improve how you think, behave and feel about almost anything.

NLP THERAPY
is a short-term, goal-oriented and practical therapeutic approach to solving problems, achieving goals and making personal changes.

Put simply in a therapeutic context, NLP is about developing an attitude of mind that enables us to understand how we feel and do things and therefore make more effective change in our lives. It involves examining how we use our conscious and unconscious mind (neuro) to communicate, internally and externally, using all our senses (linguistic) to create patterns of behaviour and thinking (programming).

NLP is a therapeutic approach that enables rapid personal change. It is common for most single major issues to be effectively cleared in just four sessions or less.

NLP is often used in conjunction with or as an alternative to Hypnotherapy, both work to the same end and are very effective, working directly with the unconscious mind to resolve causes of anxiety, habits, phobias, addictions, limiting decisions and helping to clear negative emotions which often result from experiences way back in our past.

This may include growth and change in one's mental, behavioural, emotional and/or spiritual being. It is a mixture of many models: the solutions-oriented approach of basic NLP combines with cognitive and behavioural therapies, building upon the belief in each individual's potential and ability to grow, learn, develop and evolve with confidence.

NLP Therapy emphasises development of and communication between the conscious and unconscious mind. We guide and help clients to develop their own skills and feelings, so they can more easily see ways forward for themselves. NLP therapy encourages and supports self-sufficiency, independence and a flexibility of appoach.
